Ginger
Grown in Peru, shipped whole, pressed in Estonia within two days of arrival. We press with the skin on — that is where the heat lives.
Honey
Raw summer honey from a family beekeeper in Järva county. Never heated above 40 °C, so it still tastes like the field it came from.
Lemon
Sicilian, juiced the same week. Juice only — the peel makes the whole batch bitter after a month in the bottle.
