The ritual

Thirty millilitres is enough. What you do with it depends on the month.

    Measure

    Thirty millilitres, about two tablespoons. Shake the bottle first: it separates because there is nothing in it to stop that.

    Mix

    Hot water in January. Cold water and a lot of ice in July. Soda water if you want the edges sharper.

  3. 03

    Keep

    In the fridge once opened, and finish it inside four weeks. Unopened it keeps for six months.
