We did not want to make another drink.
Wildhive started with a simple question: can this be done better? For us the answer was yes.
We were tired of products whose ingredient list looked good on paper but whose taste gave you no reason to buy a second bottle.
So we started making it ourselves. At the beginning there was one recipe. One family. One very simple principle: we never offer a customer anything we would not put on our own table.
We have not stepped away from that principle since.
Our standard
- We check our produce and choose carefully.
- We remove the fruit that does not meet our standard.
- We use real ingredients and avoid everything unnecessary.
And when better produce or a better method means a smaller margin for us, then the margin is smaller. Wildhive was not built to make things as cheaply as possible. It was built to make them properly.
Our vision
Our aim is not to stay a small drinks brand. We want to build Wildhive into a large Estonian family company that grows with its people and stays true to its principles even when it is no longer small.
We want to bring people more real ingredients, better flavours and more considered choices. We start in Estonia — but the idea is bigger than Estonia.
Three ingredients, three suppliers
Ginger
Grown in Peru, shipped whole, pressed in Estonia within two days of arrival. We press with the skin on — that is where the heat lives.
Honey
Raw summer honey from a family beekeeper in Järva county. Never heated above 40 °C, so it still tastes like the field it came from.
Lemon
Sicilian, juiced the same week. Juice only — the peel makes the whole batch bitter after a month in the bottle.
